Payment & Billing Policy

ZA Global Trade LLC accepts payment for agreed creative and digital services.

The total price, service scope and expected deliverables are communicated before payment. Payments may be required in full for standard packages.

Larger or longer-duration projects may use milestone payments.

Customers should not send payment until the project scope or package has been confirmed.

The business name appearing on card statements should match the payment descriptor shown during checkout or on the customer's invoice.
