ZA Global Trade LLC provides primarily digital creative and website design services.
Digital Delivery
Logo, branding and graphic-design files are delivered electronically by email, digital download link or another agreed file-transfer method.
Estimated Delivery Periods
Initial logo or graphic-design concepts are generally provided within 2-5 business days unless a different timeline is stated before purchase.
Branding projects generally require approximately 5-10 business days.
Website projects generally require approximately 7-21 business days, depending on project size, requested functionality and how quickly the client provides required content and approvals.
These timelines are estimates. A project-specific quotation or agreement may specify a different delivery period.
Client Delays
Delivery may be extended where required content, feedback, approvals, credentials or other materials are not provided by the client on time.
Final Delivery
A project is considered delivered when the agreed files, website work or other digital deliverables have been provided to the customer through the agreed delivery method.
