Refund & Cancellation Policy

ZA Global Trade LLC wants project expectations, payments and deliverables to be clear before work begins.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a project before any design or development work has started, the client may request a full refund of amounts paid directly for that project.

Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has started, completed work and resources already committed to the project are non-refundable.

Where appropriate, ZA Global Trade LLC may issue a partial refund for the portion of the project that has not yet been performed.

Completed and Delivered Projects

Payments for completed services that have already been delivered and accepted are generally non-refundable.

This does not affect any rights the customer may have under applicable law.

Website Projects

Website projects may be divided into milestones. Payments corresponding to completed milestones are generally non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered.

Amounts relating to future work that has not yet started may be refundable depending on the circumstances.

Revisions

Requests that fall within the originally agreed scope will be handled according to the revision allowance provided with the package or quotation.

Requests outside the original scope may require additional payment.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be corrected.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible.

After ZA Global Trade LLC issues a refund, the customer's bank or card provider may require additional business days to post the credit.
